Terry A. Purdy pursued a career in the US Army as a Military Police Officer. During his five year tour, he attended University of Maryland, Pike's Peak Community College and partook in many humanitarian efforts as well as overseas deployment. Upon leaving the military as an honored and decorated veteran, he began work as a private investigator where he conducted both corporate and personal investigations. Three years later, Terry decided to move into the exciting world of real estate where he started as a residential agent with Century 21 C & L. Within his first year, Terry obtained a Florida Mortgage Broker's License and became a real estate broker. Terry founded Merritt Realty Resources Corporation as a commercial real estate firm with his partner, Jay. Over the last seven years, Terry has continued to excel in the industry as a top producing real estate broker specializing in commercial real estate and portfolio management, assisting his clients with commercial, residential, financial, and many other real estate decisions. Terry has completed all five of the CCIM Institutes courses for commercial real estate: Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate; Market Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate; User Decision Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate; Investment Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate and is currently working on that designation.
