Jay Yarabek has worked in executive management of the creative and sales functions of advertising, marketing and business management for more than twenty years. Mr. Yarabek has extensive experience in not only food, beverage and consumer shopping behavior, but also in real estate development.

Jay Yarabek has formed a partnership with professional real estate Broker, Terry A. Purdy. Mereritt Realty Resources Corp., is a full-service commercial real estate firm providing analytical and strategic consultation to their clients in addition to commercial real estate sales, development, management, financing, and, of course, marketing. Mr. Yarabek is a Florida State Licensed Mortgage Broker and a CCIM candidate. He has been concentrating on waterfront and near waterfront commercial projects between St. Petersburg and Ft. Meyers. Mr. Yarabek has been involved with several high profile developments in recent years, including: Sarasota's University Park; Venice's Venetia and Boca Ciega of Madeira Beach.

Jay Yarabek utilized his vast knowledge of new product introduction and consumer shopping behavior and has created what is now the number four, U.S. manufacturer and marketer of pure essential oils, Celeste Aromatherapy. With over 100 SKU's Celeste is experiencing rapid growth and acceptance in the marketplace. Celeste Aromatherapy products are beautifully packaged and distributed to wholesale customers primarily in the southeastern U.S.

Jay Yarabek has earned two graduate degrees and an undergraduate degree with honors. From Parsons School of Design, New School University, New York City, Mr. Yarabek holds his M.F.A. Communication Design and his B.F.A. Communication Design. From New Yorks Lubin Business School, Pace University, Mr. Yarabek earned his M.B.A. Marketing. Mr. Yarabek has earned the C.A.S. Marketing Development designation from the Specialty Advertising Association International, and is presently working toward the coveted CCIM designation from the National Association of Realtors.

Jay Yarabek has been awarded more than 50 leading advertising industry awards, including: a Gold CLIO, a Gold Pyramid, Golden Lions and Gold Indians. Mr. Yarabek has served on several community and municipal boards, some officially appointed, others elected by his peers, including: Vice Chair - City Municipal Code Enforcement Board, Economical Development Board, Chamber of Commerce and County School Board Tax Oversight Committee among others.
