Tim is a graduate of Philadelphia's Drexel University in Structural Engineering. He also earned a Masters of Business Administration Certificate from the University of Southern California. He and his wife, Lorraine, have been Florida residents for eleven years moving here from New Jersey. They have two grown children and five grandchildren.
Tim has over 30 years of senior management experience in engineering, construction, and client relations as Director of Project Management for the US Navy in the northeast quadrant of the continental US. In addition, he was the Director of the Navy's Real Estate Division for several years involving environmental impact, sales, purchases, leases, easements, and licenses, He is currently a CCIM candidate.
Tim has an active engineer license in Florida and Pennsylvania and is an ICC Certified Commercial and Residential Inspector. He is a Director of the State of Florida Structural Engineers Association and Chairman of the City of North Port's Tamiami Trail Construction Appearance Board.
